We've gotten so many calls and emails since Dr. Oz recommended neem that we decided to create
a separate webpage to address the questions. Dr. Oz has not specifically recommended products
from Neem Tree Farms but we believe we are the only company in the US that consistently ships
fresh neem leaf and chew sticks. While we sell fresh and dried neem leaf, we typically recommend capsules or teas for the
average consumer. Neem is known in Ayurveda as a bitter herb and most Americans do not like the
taste. The capsules carry all the benefit of the leaf without the bitter taste. For oral care, we've developed all-natural toothpowders and mouthwashes that have neem bark or
neem bark extract as their first ingredient but are much tastier than the raw neem bark or chew
stick. We also offer a money-back guarantee on the toothpowder: if you use it twice a day for six
weeks and your dentist doesn't notice a difference, return the unused portion to us for a full
refund. (We've never been asked for a refund though!) We do not sell neem oil labeled as a pesticide for plants because no raw neem product has been
approved by the Environmental Protection Agency. We do, however, sell an unprocessed raw material
that has been approved by the Organic Materials Review Institute. We work closely with www.usingneem.com to track research
completed around the world and to document anecdotal reports. We typically offer a 42-page
booklet called "NEEM: A hands-on guide to one of the world's most versatile herbs" with an
order of $35 or more. We'll send it free with any order if you write "Dr. Oz" in the comment
section. Here are some links to help you navigate our website: Thanks so much for visiting and please feel free to call or write with additional
questions! Vicki Parsons |
