Shipping Policies

All U.S. shipments are made by U.S. Priority Mail. Greenhouse products are shipped on Mondays as weather permits.

We offer free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more.

Occasionally the cart will indicate a charge with an order over $75 but you will not be charged.

The costs of handling are included in our product and we will issue a refund to customers if estimated postal charges exceed $5.00 more than actual costs.

* Retail orders during normal business week to US destinations. Greenhouse products and living plants are exempt. They are shipped weather permitting on Mondays and Tuesdays to minimize the possibility of them spending a weekend in a box.

International shipments usually go Parcel Post Air, but you may specify an alternative and we will try to comply.
