All U.S. shipments are made by U.S. Priority Mail.
Greenhouse products are shipped on Mondays as weather permits.
Neem Tree Farms never imposes a handling fee, even for our international orders.
We work very hard to ensure that our customers are charged exactly what we pay for shipping. That’s harder than it sounds because there are so many variables involved in packing an order, particularly if it includes plants. We will credit your account or issue a check if shipping costs are $5.00 or more under what you have been charged.
We try to ship living plants and fresh neem on Mondays and Tuesdays so they don’t spend the weekend in a box. If you need your order shipped immediately, please make a note in the comment section. We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of your placing them, but please let us know if you need them more quickly.
We ship USPS Priority Mail because it consistently provides the best combination of speed, price and customer service. Recently, however, we’ve had far more packages damaged than ever before.
Note on free shipping:
Any order over $100.00 will receive free shipping with the exception of living plants. The cost to ship plants has continually gone up and we can no longer offer free shipping for any orders which contain live plants.
DAMAGE RETURNS & REFUNDS:
If your package arrives damaged, please send photos of BOTH the product and the box to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have the documentation we must file an insurance claim, we will replace packages damaged in shipment within 10 days, weather permitting.
