Dried Neem Flowers

Description

Fresh neem flowers are practically impossible to collect in Florida because we really want the seeds — and they don’t ship well except overnight. We get dry neem flowers from Mexico every year, they hold up well for the year and then we get fresh flowers every spring even though they’re not in time for Ugadi. (Neem trees are day-length sensitive so they bloom later in Mexico — which is further north — than in southern India.)
