February BOGOs for Dry Winter Skin

 In General

As a native Floridian, I haven’t spent a lot of time in seriously cold weather. But when I did, I really hated how dry it made my skin. Before I discovered neem, I’d get out of the shower and smear my entire body in Vaseline before I put on my long johns… Yick!

Post-neem, I’m consistently amazed that lotions and creams can be just as effective as that thick layer of petroleum jelly. The difference is that botanical oils – like neem – soak in to provide long-lasting moisture rather than sitting on your skin and feeling greasy.

Knock on wood, it looks like winter is pretty much over here but we’ve gotten several requests for specials on skincare from people in more northerly locations. Our most popular skincare product is the Extra-Rich Neem Lotion – it’s on BOGO for February so you can stock up for what Farmer’s Almanac calls the “Polar Coaster.”

We’re already running the best deal ever on the Rejuvenating Neem Leaf Cream that’s clinically proven to improve the appearance of sun-damaged skin. Buy one for half price, then write a review and we’ll send you a coupon for another full-sized jar.

And for the people who need serious skin protection, we put our Anti-Itch Formula on BOGO too. Yep, it’s called Anti-Itch but it’s also a high-level moisturizer for people with seriously dry skin. Rub a thin layer over damp skin and you’ll be amazed at how much better it will look and feel.

Don’t Forget January BOGOs

We overlap specials the last weekend of every month, so check out the January BOGOs before they go away!

Neem Bark Toothpowder – if you haven’t tried this, you really should! It’s brown and doesn’t fizz but it’s still one of our best-selling products

Supercritical Neem Extracts:

·   Supercritical Leaf and Bark Combo, our first choice.

·  Supercritical Neem Leaf, the traditional favorite.

·  Supercritical Neem Bark, for extra immune-boosting properties.

Update from the Greenhouse

We lucked out and ended up with a low of 34 one night when a freeze was predicted. Forecasts are calling for highs near 70 through the end of February so our fingers are crossed that we come through another winter without damage.

Open Gardens next week will be one of our biggest plant swaps ever. We’ve got lots of new plants, seeds and cuttings to share – plus monstrous piles of gorgeous mulch to give away. Be sure to stop by if you’re near us!
