Some months we spend hours trying to decide on the perfect special pricing. This month was easy – having watched Anti-Itch Stick fly out of the door for Earth Day – all of our amazing All-Natural Anti-Itch products are buy-one, get one free!
Our biggest obstacle (as is usual with neem products) is persuading people that something without the latest and greatest ingredients actually works better than the new stuff. That’s why we do BOGOs – we figure if we give you one product, you’re likely to share with your friends, who then become neem fans who want to share with their friends…
- Anti-Itch Formula in 2 ounce and 8 ounce size are perfect when you get out of the shower, particularly first thing in the morning if you’re planning to be outside. If you forget to wear it, you’ll be amazed at how quickly it soothes the bites you already have. (The quart and gallon bottles aren’t BOGO because they’ve already been discounted significantly for the customers who need to use large amounts.)
- Anti-Itch Spray is a light, lemongrass-scented spray that helps you keep your cool. It’s not our first choice for serious adventurers, but it’s a great option if you’re outside for a couple of hours.
- And don’t forget the product that started this all – the All-Natural Anti-Itch Stick. We promoted it for Earth Day because it’s so safe for our planet but sales keep rolling in!
And this month’s specials are still available through May 6:
- Stream2Sea’s tinted sunscreen doesn’t use any of the ingredients banned by Hawaii, Palau and Key West – and which the FDA is now calling into question. Through May 7, buy a tube of tinted sunscreen and we’ll send you a free Extra-Rich Neem Oil Lotion or an All-Natural Facial Serum. Protect your skin – and your planet!
- If you’re gardening, now is the time to grab a bottle of the EPA-registered NimBioSys biopesticide which treats up to 200 insect pests. We’ll send a free bar of soap that we think creates a synergy with the neem oil so that we can significantly reduce the concentration while still getting the same impact on pests!
- Speaking of gardening, don’t forget that we’re now sharing seeds from our favorite plants across the county – FOR FREE!
Update on CA Shipments & Open Greenhouse
There’s still some confusion about what inspections we need to finalize shipments to California. Some orders have been fulfilled but we apparently did something wrong with the paperwork so they’re backing up to review what could have happened now. We have an 8 a.m. appointment with an inspector next Monday and hope to wrap all the orders up then.
For Florida residents — Vicki had minor surgery and then overdid it, so we’ve hogtied her and made her cancel Open Gardens for May. It’s a long, hot day this time of year and she shouldn’t be overdoing it (and she knows it so she stopped arguing…) We’ll be back the first week of June with more plants than ever!
Using Neem
We’re continuing our quest to update the neem booklet but thought we’d reach out to our loyal customers for their input – any specific issue you’d like us to research and report back on? We’ve done diabetes and Alzheimer’s already, if you missed them.
